International patients receive individualized attention through a 24-hour bilingual International Patient Concierge Center to coordinate all aspects of your care while at The Hospitals of Providence, which assists patients with physician-to-physician consultations; appointment scheduling; financial estimates; accommodation and travel planning; and arrangements for special cultural or religious needs. Each International patient is assigned an International Patient Concierge Representative to assist before, during and after patients’ care. The Concierge will also work with the family to ensure coordination of health care and travel needs.

Our 24-hour bilingual International Patient Concierge Center is available to coordinate all aspects of our international patients’ care.

Our International Patient Concierge will assist with the details of travel and treatment including:

  • Scheduling required appointments
  • Making appropriate arrangements with the hospital and physicians
  • Assist with preparing diagnosis and certification documents
  • Assisting with financial arrangements or payment options
  • Helping coordinate travel arrangements for family including hotel accommodations
